Zeon Zoysia Sod Installation in Knoxville, TN

Knoxville’s climate demands a grass that can handle heat, occasional drought, and heavy summer humidity without falling apart. Zeon Zoysia is one of the top-performing warm-season grasses available for East Tennessee homeowners. Here’s why:

• Outstanding Low Maintenance: Zeon Zoysia requires less frequent mowing than almost any other warm-season grass — only a 7 to 10 day mowing interval compared to shorter intervals for Bermuda or Fescue. Less time mowing means more time enjoying your yard. Learn More!
• Dense Growth That Crowds Out Weeds: Zeon Zoysia’s exceptionally thick growth pattern naturally chokes out weeds, reducing the need for herbicide applications once the lawn is fully established.
• Drought Tolerant: Though it performs best with approximately 1 inch of water per week, Zeon Zoysia is drought tolerant and only needs supplemental irrigation when rainfall falls short — no fixed timer irrigation required.
• Thrives in Tennessee’s Warm Season: As a warm-season grass, Zeon Zoysia hits its peak performance during Knoxville’s long summers, producing a dense, rich green lawn that holds up well through heat and humidity.
