jake knox9 days ago5-star experience from start to finish. Scheduling a quote online was incredibly easy, the pricing was transparent, and the entire crew was beyond professional. The quality of their work is incredible. They move quickly and efficiently while still paying close attention to the details. Any time I had a question, Will or someone on his team got back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend Gladiator Sod to anyone looking for sod or landscaping work. I wouldn’t hire anyone else moving forward. They have definitely earned my business for any future sodding or landscaping projects.Posted on Google

Von Rovenstine42 days agoI rarely leave reviews, but Will and his team absolutely knocked my job out of the park. It’s hard to trust someone with your home and landscaping projects but I’m so glad I did. The job turned out exactly like I had envisioned and Will checked in with me along the way to walk me through the process. 10/10 would recommend.Posted on Google
daniel waters96 days agoJust had an approximate 4,000 square ft of zeon zoysia installed. Entire process went very well from getting a quote, getting work scheduled, and project completed. I had gotten 3 quotes- one provider was about 25% higher and another was slightly less than Gladiator SOD. I went with Gladiator SOD as I felt installing sod was more of their primary work versus an additional service that other landscaping companies may do on the side from time to time. Speaking with the project head on installation day, he confirmed with me that sod installation is probably 75% of their jobs. The sod itself came delivered from Super Sod, and you can tell it was freshly cut and in great shape. No issues at all there. The installation went smoothly, which included removing existing grass, grading work, and installation of new sod. Everyone was professional, helpful, and courteous. The site was kept clean and all the other little things you can think of or might worry about it were handled as they should be. Overall, great experience and would recommend. Picture is of the backyard day of completion.+0Posted on Google

Ian alley157 days agoThis was the recent experience of mine dealing with Will from Gladiator SOD and Landscaping, Lenoir, TN. I must say I was more than satisfied with the result. Everything starting from the very first phone call to the end of the project was handled professionally and honestly by Will using his expertise. Crew was prompt, did its best to meet every need and made every effort possible to do it perfectly. Landscaping that has been done for me and sods that have been installed in my yard have exceeded all my expectations with the high quality of service. One can feel how much Will enjoys his job and wants all his customers to be satisfied. Will kept me informed during the entire project and completed everything as scheduled. If you are interested in getting your landscaping project completed promptly with high-quality service, then I strongly recommend contacting Will and Gladiator SOD and Landscaping. I definitely will use their services for all future projects of mine.Posted on Google

Mary Sherfy169 days agoHiring Gladiator’s team to landscape our empty lot was the best decision we made . We worked together on the best way to accommodate the unevenness of the land and get the beauty of the lot once it was finished. Will and his team are very hard working people, responsible, keeping us informed every step of the way and stayed the course until it was finished. There were a few things that we needed to change and they went the extra mile to make sure that took place and we were satisfied as customers. The grass is growing beautifully now and everything looks amazing. Thank you Will. Way to go!Posted on Google
Rich McGill180 days agoI had a great experience with Gladiator SOD & Landscape LLC. They were installing sod in my neighbor’s yard, and when they finished, Will—their lead on the job—noticed they had some extra. He offered to place the remaining sod in my yard at no charge. The whole crew was polite, hardworking, and respectful. They cleaned up thoroughly and made sure both yards looked great before they left. I truly appreciate their generosity and professionalism, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping or sod work.Posted on Google

nathan hope217 days agoI originally left a negative review because there was some issues during the project. However, I’m updating my review because Gladiator Sod reached out and made everything right. I honestly have a lot of respect for a company that is willing to own a mistake and take the time to fix it. That says a lot about their character and the way they run their business. It would have been easy to ignore the issue, but instead they reached out, followed through, and made sure everything was taken care of. In today’s world, it’s rare to see that level of accountability and customer care, and I really appreciated the effort they made to correct the situation. Because of that, I will absolutely be using Gladiator Sod again in the future and would recommend them to others. It was genuinely refreshing to see a company step up and make things right.Posted on Google

Alan S415 days agoAfter raising the elevation on our driveway we needed to dress up the back and side that were now exposed. Will came out and assessed the job and provided a very competitive quote. I asked for pricing on a few other options over the course of a week or two and Will responded quickly each time. After settling on a "final" plan and accepting his bid Will and his crew started the next day. As the job proceeded it became obvious that some modifications would be required due to the odd slope of the driveway and surrounding areas, but his crew provided several options for remediating the problem areas and keeping the job moving forward. Except for one rain out day the job was worked every day until completion. The job was very close to the property line and they did an outstanding job of staying off the neighbor's yard and minimizing collateral damage on my side. I can recommend Gladiator Sod and Landscaping to anyone interested in their services.Posted on Google

Dave Cog874 days agoWill and his crews did a fantastic job on our back yard. They showed up on schedule and stayed until the job was complete. They were quickly able to work around an unforeseen mechanical malfunction (using a wheelbarrow to haul dirt up a typically steep Knoxville hill). Clay came back after the work was complete to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it, and even gave me some good pointers on how NOT to kill my new lawn. I’ve already recommended Gladiator to my neighbors that just moved in, and you won’t be sorry if you hire them to take care of your yard.
